I belive Web 2.0 is gathering information from individuals, their personal resources and ideas and combining them with tags and seo strategies to deliver a constructed condensed but more precise package of information for others to interact with. With this information that is gathered, it is used to connect people, make new friends, give users an enlightened or heightened web experience that continues bring users back for fresh updates and material.
