Dueber Ave Auction Center located in Canton, Ohio are crooks! Let me explain why.
Allen Stocker 3655 dueber ave sw canton, OH 44706 Phone: 3304841556 (Shoddy Business man!)
During my family’s brief move from one location to another, we decided to rent a storage unit located at 57/76 Self-Storage, LLC.8707 Wadsworth Rd., Wadsworth, Ohio 44281 Their website is: http://www.wadsworthselfstorage.com/
During my families search for a new home, everything we owned was stored at the above storage facility.
One spring morning, my wife asked me to retrieve one of our babies booster seats. When I opened the door to our storage unit, everything we owned was rummaged through and ALL valuable items were gone. That’s right, GONE. What? How could this be, I purchased a decent lock for the door, wait… the lock was gone too.
After speaking with both officers who arrived to report the incident, and the Sergent in charge of the case, two crooks, Justin Grant and George Curtulu, broke onto several storage units in the surrounding area. They were using a rented U-Haul truck and in broad daylight were sifting through the most valuable items in these units. They would then take the entire truck load of goods to Dueber Ave Auction Center located in Canton, Ohio where Allen Stocker would then auction them to individuals at his auction house.
I contacted this man on the phone to ask if he tracked serial numbers of items as they passed through his busines. He replied “Listen buddy, If I took the time to track all of the serial numbers of every item I sold, I’d be out of business plus, If those damn Sheriffs were doing their jobs, this wouldn’t have happened in the first place!” He then hung up on me.
In one fail swoop, we lost in the neighborhood of $30,000 dollars of tools, mowers, family heirlooms, furniture, kids cloths and toys to two crooks and a cooked auction house who repeatedly sold U-Haul after U-Haul of items and never once questioned to two guys bringing them in.
Thanks to some good investigative work of Medina County Sheriff Department, the perpetrators involved in this crime were arrested for not only robbing my family but, robbing multiple vulnerable storage unit facilities in surrounding county’s. Before the Honorable Judge Kimbler these scums received 3 years in prison in wich they will probably be released in 1 1/2 years because of prison overpopulation. One of them had a prior armed robbery conviction that he recieved zero time for. thanks for that Stark County.
Here are some images from the second time our storage unit was hit, you read that correct, (THE SECOND TIME) and the storage unit did nothing after the first robbery to ward off future criminals, ie: security cameras, fencing.
